We are looking to add a full-time colleague to our Dutch office team: an International Mobility Coordinator, responsible for managing relocation cases on behalf of our clients. You will be serving both the client’s and transferee’s interests and managing the overall assistance but specifically focussing on the Home Finding, Settling In and Orientation service delivery.

You will be working closely together with our Immigration Specialists to seamlessly take over where the relocation process starts with registration town hall and the bank account opening, to continue with orientation, home finding all other settling in activities. You will be managing the service delivery by our Field Consultants too.

There is lots to develop in this role, to further build on the longstanding relationships with our clients. We are growing rapidly and anticipate further growth for the years to come. Your profile

Personality

The role typically suits a diplomatic and communicative individual; someone who oversees processes and implications. Someone who has been working as manager in the airline industry or hospitality field in the past. Ideally, you have lived abroad yourself, whether that was for study or otherwise. We are looking for a reliable personality, able to deal with life’s inevitable disappointments in a mature way. IT literate, down-to-earth working attitude, strong administrative skills and strong people skills are a prerequisite.

Experience

We need an experienced colleague who can drive processes and keep people onboard while getting the results for our clients. Someone who understands what excellence in service delivery actually means. We expect you to have at least 3-4 years of working experience in the Mobility Industry in The Netherlands and specifically with home finding and other relocation activities.

Requirements

  • University degree; Master or Bachelor.
  • Native or bilingual in English
  • Native of bilingual in Dutch
  • We are looking to add a Dutch national to our team, but if you are not, you have lived in The Netherlands for at least 5 years.
  • 3-4 years of experience in the Mobility Industry in The Netherlands.
