Job opening:

International Mobility Coordinator

Job description

International Mobility Coordinator,  start date September 1, 2021

The post COVID-19 world definitely is (going to be) different than before. There will be more flexibility, more remote working possibilities, more mobility. Some things haven’t changed though: reliable service delivery, person to person contact and team spirit!

Eres Relocation Netherlands is a full-service DSP and part of a larger group of DSPs in Europe with 9 offices in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France and Germany. There are many perks of being part of a larger organisation; professionally we operate at a very high level, you could become part of the Pan-European team for immigration, or part of the Global Accounts Team. Lot's to learn and to develop.

Jumpstart your career in the Mobility Industry with us.

We are looking to add a full-time colleague to our Dutch office team: an International Mobility Coordinator, responsible for managing the relocation & immigration cases on behalf of our clients. You will be serving both the client’s and transferee’s interests.

You will be managing the overall assistance and, where you would not be taking care of the immigration permit applications yourself, you will be working closely together with our in-house immigration consultants to seamlessly take control where the relocation process starts with orientation, home finding, town hall registration, driving licence exchange and all other settling in activities. In your service delivery, you will be closely working together with and managing our Field Consultants and other parties involved.

Your profile

The role typically suits a diplomatic and communicative individual; someone who oversees processes and implications. Ideally, you have lived abroad yourself, whether that was for study or otherwise. Perhaps you have worked in the airline or hospitality industry. We are looking for a reliable and creative personality, able to deal with life’s inevitable disappointments in a mature way. IT literacy, down-to-earth working attitude, strong administrative skills and strong people skills are a prerequisite, as are a positive outlook on life, healty curiosity and pleasure in service delivery.

At the moment, we need someone who can hit the ground running, so with 2 years in Relocation already. However, if you feel confident that you can offer all of the above, do contact us.

We offer

Working in eres means working in an international work environment.  There are opportunities to share ideas and collaborate with colleagues in the different countries where we have offices.

We put people first, that means our employees too. Especially, we focus on personal and professional development through training and empowerment at an early stage of the career. We are committed to helping all employees reach their full potential as quickly as possible.

We manage the needs that come up with a flexible work location policy, especially during & post pandemic. We measure performance by results, not by number of "connected hours."

All eres colleagues meet once a year in one of our countries. The receiving office organises a few days with team-building activities and getting-to-know-each-other social events. If not for COVID-19, we would have gathered in Milan in December 2020.... Let's hope we can organise this “eres day” in 2021 and perhaps you will be joining us too!

  • University degree; Master or Bachelor.
  • Native or bilingual in English
  • If you are a non-Dutch national, you have lived in the Netherlands for at least 5 years
  • Driving licence
